This Matchmaking is aimed at women and has the intention to connect female composers and sound designers with female directors, music supervisors, publishers and producers. Each match gets a slot of 8 minutes. This year’s participants can meet film directors: Julia Furer, Camille Budin, Laura Kaehr, Susanne Regina Meures, Anna Kazejak, Cosima Frei, Viola von Scarpatetti and Stefanie Klemm. And the film producers and music supervisors Jessica Hefti, Liliane Ott,  Flora Grolitsch, Simone Häberling, Claudia Wick, Sabine Gruber, Eva Vitija, Stella Händler, Caroline Braun and Marie-Hélène Froidevaux.

SoundTrack_Zurich

SoundTrack_Zurich is a European film music conference taking place during the Zurich Film Festival. SoundTrack_Zurich presents the work of Swiss and European film composers at eye level with their international colleagues. The two-day conference hosts an array of panels, networking sessions, case studies and workshops revolving around current film music topics. Further highlights are live concerts and special film screenings. The conference is organised by Forum Filmmusik in close collaboration with the Zurich Film Festival (ZFF), Tonhalle Zürich, Zürcher Hochschule der Künste Zurich University of the Arts (ZHdK), and SoundTrack_Cologne, the leading European event on music in film and media.

Zurich Film Festival

The Zurich Film Festival (ZFF) is the largest fall film festival in the German-speaking world. Over 11 days it presents the greatest discoveries and the year’s most anticipated movies. The ZFF facilitates exchange between upcoming directors, established filmmakers, the film industry and the general public. Despite the reduced capacity in 2021 due to the pandemic, the ZFF recorded over 100.000 visitors.The 18th edition takes place from September 22 until October 02, 2022.
